Asked before most engagements
Do you replace the builder’s project manager?No. The builder keeps theirs — accountable to their margin. We make sure the party paying for the project is represented with the same discipline.
When should we bring you in?Earlier than feels natural. Delivery model, procurement route and contract terms are settled before construction starts, and they decide most of the outcome.
Do you only take Melbourne projects?Melbourne is where we are based and where most of our work runs, but engagements are Australia-wide.
What does it cost?1.5–2.5% of contract value for delivery-phase project management, 2.5–3.5% full lifecycle, health checks from $12,000 fixed. Every model is priced in the open.
