01 / About

We built the practice we always wanted to hand a project to.

Between us, more than twenty years delivering construction — from the contractor's side, the consultant's side, and the client's side.

We had seen how projects come undone quietly, and we knew what we would want sitting on our side of the table. So in 2026 we built it, and paired it with an AI back office that reads everything. Melbourne based, working Australia-wide.

Why Invero exists

Invero began with a simple observation from years in delivery: most projects don't go wrong because of bad builders or bad designs. They go wrong quietly.

  • A superseded drawing that makes it to site.
  • A scope gap that surfaces later as a claim.
  • Programme float that slips away before anyone mentions it.

Small things, missed early, that become expensive later.

Knowing that is the easy part. Catching it is the hard part, because catching it means reading everything — every revision, every addendum, every claim — on every project, every week. No human team has ever had the hours.

That is what changed. Our project managers now work alongside AI agents that read the full document set as it evolves, so the small things surface while they're still small.

The machines do the reading. Our people do the deciding. Neither is optional.
Experience

What sits behind the name

20+ Years delivering construction projects, before Invero carried anyone's name.
$450M Total value of completed projects — single fitouts through to major works.
All sectors Of the construction industry. We haven't built a practice around one niche.
3 sides Of the table: contractor, consultant and client. We know how the other two think, because we've been them.
Technology

Experience, amplified

Everything read, not sampled A person spot-checks a drawing set. Our agents read all of it — every sheet, every revision, every addendum — and reconcile it against the register before it costs anyone money.
Judgement stays human Every flag an agent raises is reviewed by a project director before it reaches you. The technology finds; the experience decides. We have never sent a client a machine's opinion.
Evidence, not opinion Every finding cites its source — the sheet number, the clause, the programme line. Twenty years of contract administration teaches you that an assertion without a reference is worthless.
It compounds Every project sharpens the agents and the checklists behind them. The practice you engage next year will be better than the one you engage today.
